Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 for consulting services to prepare an Intermunicipal Area Concept Plan (IACP) within the Grande Prairie Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) area, primarily south of the City of Grande Prairie. The plan will cover approximately 10,416.81 hectares and include existing Area Structure Plans, environmentally sensitive lands, transportation corridors, infrastructure opportunities, and long-term urban development potential. The project aims to support growth management, infrastructure coordination, and development planning.
