Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (CANOE) is requesting proposals on behalf of its current and future members for Outsourced Human Resources Services to establish a national contracting solution. The scope includes public entities such as Indigenous self-governing bodies, airport authorities, municipal governments, school boards, academic, health, and social service entities, federal, provincial, and territorial governments, crown corporations, and not-for-profit entities in Ontario.
