Description

The City of Denton is seeking a qualified partner to provide end-to-end support for implementing the Trimble Unity Maintain powered by Cityworks asset management system. The selected firm will be responsible for onboarding new departments onto the platform, providing end-user training, and ongoing technical support under a long-term agreement. The project scope includes conducting a comprehensive business process analysis of current Cityworks utilization within the Water department and managing the configuration and implementation of Cityworks across new target departments. The awarded individual or business must have a proven track record of innovative approaches and cost-effective solutions to municipal challenges.
