Napa County is seeking a turnkey consultant to deliver comprehensive engineering and environmental services for the Napa Valley Vine Trail - Vista Carneros segment. - Government Buyer: - County of Napa, Department of Public Works - Scope of Services: - Project management for the entire preliminary engineering phase - Topographic surveying to support final design - Geotechnical engineering, including borings and report preparation - Preparation of preliminary and final engineering plans, profiles, cross sections, estimates, and utility maps - Environmental studies and documentation to meet NEPA and CEQA requirements, including biological, wetland, aquatic, and archaeological surveys - Right-of-way engineering, including plat and legal preparation, deeds, appraisals, negotiations, and certification - Permitting with all relevant regulatory agencies - Construction support services during bidding and construction phases - Project Details: - Fills a four-mile gap in the 47-mile Napa Valley Vine Trail between John F. Kennedy Park and Devlin Road at Airport Blvd in Napa, CA - Federally funded; must comply with Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures, NEPA, and CEQA - Maximum funding is $1.4 million - One prime consultant will be selected to deliver all required services - Unique Requirements: - Turnkey delivery of all technical and administrative tasks - Coordination with Caltrans and regulatory agencies - Scope may be adjusted by the County as needed - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.
