Description
The North Carolina Geodetic Survey (NCGS), part of the Department of Public Safety, intends to award multiple Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) contracts to qualified private surveying firms. The scope involves using vendor-owned equipment and staff to plan and perform airborne Lidar projects according to the USGS Lidar Base Specifications 2022 rev. A for the 3D Elevation Program (3DEP). The contract will be IDIQ, supporting the State's program with tasking via Delivery Orders.
