The facilities available for lease are Grosvenor Center located at 5701 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD, and Radnor Center located at 7000 Radnor Rd., Bethesda, MD. Both facilities are currently available through June 30, 2028. The selected offerors will enter into lease agreements with MCPS and must demonstrate the ability to operate within the space and make rent payments throughout the lease term. The space may be leased to a single tenant or multiple tenants as appropriate for each location.
