The contract includes planning, staffing, performing, and documenting a recurring preventative maintenance program across multiple campus buildings. The contractor must supply all necessary tools, equipment, materials, consumables, and personnel, and have experience in similar commercial or institutional facilities. The contract term is 36 months with two optional one-year renewals at RRC Polytech's discretion.
