San Diego Community College District is seeking an implementation partner for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM cloud modules to modernize its legacy administrative systems. - Government Buyer: - San Diego Community College District, Purchasing and Contract Services - OEM Highlight: - Oracle is the primary OEM for the ERP and HCM platforms - Services Requested: - Professional services for the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM applications - Includes project management, functional and technical consulting, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-production support - Integration with existing systems: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Oracle Student Financial Aid, Oracle EPM, identity and access management, and other third-party applications - Compliance with California Community Colleges regulations and operational requirements - Comprehensive insurance coverage required - Scope of Implementation: - Financial management, accounting, procurement, budgeting, project and grants management, human resources, payroll, workforce management, talent management, and employee self-service - Use of embedded analytics, reporting, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation - Notable Requirements: - Must follow Oracle best practices - Deliver a fully configured, tested, and operational solution through production deployment, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support - Post-go-live support through critical annual business cycles, including fiscal year-end close - Period of Performance: - Initial contract term of 24 months, with up to three one-year extension options - Oracle Cloud ERP cutover expected by July 1, 2028; HCM cutover by January 1, 2029
