The City of Surrey is seeking proposals from qualified design-build teams to design, permit, construct, test, commission, and complete new artificial turf sports fields and associated site improvements at Newton Athletic Park. The project includes converting existing natural grass fields to synthetic turf, installing field lighting, drainage, fencing, pathways, covered seating, and related civil, electrical, and site works.
