Description

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is seeking a supplier to provide general pest control services to control the spread of pests including roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders. Services are to be performed monthly with recalls as needed at no additional charge, both inside and outside the building located at 833 Cedar Bluff Rd., Centre, AL 35960. The contract period is for twelve months from 10/01/26 through 9/30/27, with an option to renew up to five years. Termite inspection and treatment are excluded from the quoted services. Suppliers are encouraged to schedule a site visit by appointment to properly quote the service.
