Description

The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of the Fire Logistics Building located within the Fire Station 5 Training Complex. The selected CMAR will collaborate with City staff and the architect, BRW Architects, to ensure efficient design and construction delivery. This procurement follows a one-step RFP process under Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 1, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
