Description

The City of Pigeon Forge is seeking proposals from Information Technology Service & Network Distribution Providers to be the exclusive in-house provider of retail and complimentary IT services for the LeConte Event Center. The contract term is four years starting November 1, 2026. Services include IT support for city staff, event promoters, vendors, and attendees, network design, equipment deployment, live event network operations, post-event restoration, infrastructure maintenance, and management of digital advertising programs. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on September 9, 2026.
