This opportunity is for the installation and removal of emergency equipment and accessories in law enforcement vehicles for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI) - Services Requested: - Installation of emergency equipment (LED lights, sirens, controllers, amplifiers, wiring) - 41 vehicles: Bundle 1 (front/rear red and blue LED lights, siren speaker, mini controller, amplifier) - 2 vehicles: Bundle 2 (all Bundle 1 items plus side LED lights, headlight and taillight wig wags) - Window tinting application - 31 vehicles: Application of Solar Gard Galaxie Window Film or equivalent to all windows and sun strip - Truck bed cover installation - 1 vehicle: Installation of lockable bed cover equivalent to RetraxONE MX - Removal of emergency and radio equipment - 1 vehicle: Complete removal and sealing of all equipment, with return to FDA/OCI - Locations: - Multiple sites nationwide, including MD, PA, NJ, RI, WA, CA, GA, TX - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment may be government-furnished or contractor-supplied - Window tint must meet or exceed Solar Gard Galaxie Window Film specifications - Truck bed cover must be equivalent to RetraxONE MX (automatic latching, one-piece, UV-protected, black matte finish) - All removed equipment must be returned to the government and vehicle holes sealed to prevent water intrusion - Services must be completed within 30 days of each work order; overall contract duration is 4 months - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, but Solar Gard (window film) and Retrax (truck bed covers) are referenced as standards for equivalency

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI) has a requirement for installation and removal of radios, emergency equipment, truck bed covers and window tinting in GOVs for federal law enforcement officers as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW)/Requirements Description.
