The Town of Oak Bluffs is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to develop a practical, implementable five-year Economic Development Action Plan. The project involves collaboration with the Council, Town officials, local businesses, residents, workers, property owners, regional partners, and community organizations to identify priority actions to strengthen the local economy. Proposals must include a separate sealed price proposal and be submitted by September 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
