Description

The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED), in partnership with the Office of the State Engineer (OSE), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure technical services supporting the planning, development, implementation, and completion of Strategic Water Supply projects throughout New Mexico. The procurement aims to advance projects that explore, characterize, develop, treat, manage, or beneficially use brackish water resources to support critical water infrastructure and improve water resilience for New Mexico communities. Qualified Offerors will partner with municipalities, counties, Tribal governments, Councils of Governments, regional water authorities, or other eligible public entities to provide tailored technical services including hydrogeologic investigations, feasibility analyses, engineering, environmental permitting, well development, construction management, treatment system implementation, and performance testing.
