Description

The City of McAllen is soliciting electronic informal price quotations for a supply contract for the purchase of airline boarding passes and baggage tags. Quotations must be submitted electronically via the City of McAllen's bidding portal by September 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CDT. Bidders are required to submit three samples of each airline boarding pass and baggage tag, delivered in a sealed envelope to the specified address. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to accept the best value to the City.
