C-TRAN is seeking a qualified electrical contractor for critical maintenance at its Vancouver, WA facility. - Government Buyer: Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area Authority (C-TRAN) - Project Scope: - Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair or replace the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) - Install temporary generator connections for two UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted power during maintenance - Perform load verification, cable route planning, safety barrier deployment, safe de-energizing and modification of UPS input connections, and restore normal operation post-maintenance - OEMs and Vendors: - Kohler (ATS manufacturer) - Products/Services Requested: - ATS repair/replacement (1 unit) - Temporary generator connections for UPS systems (2 units) - Inspection, testing, troubleshooting, load verification, cable route planning, safety barrier deployment, de-energizing/modification of UPS input connections, restoration and site cleanup - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must be Washington State L&I-licensed - Compliance with manufacturer specs, NFPA 110, NFPA 70E, NEC Articles 700, 701, 702, 708, and site safety - Lump sum pricing; prevailing wage rates; insurance certificates required - Responsibility criteria must be met - Notable: Kohler is the OEM for the ATS; all work must adhere to strict safety and electrical codes.
