The Little Rock School District (LRSD) is seeking qualified companies to provide charter bus transportation services for staff and students on an as-needed basis. - Government Buyer: - Little Rock School District (LRSD), Procurement & Materials Management Department - Services Requested: - Charter bus transportation for staff and students - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified charter bus service providers - Requirements: - Vendors must submit a current insurance certificate (minimum $500,000 professional liability coverage) - Motor carrier certificate for passengers (Arkansas and/or Interstate Authority) - USDOT certificate and UCR renewal - Registration and electronic submission via Ion Wave purchasing system - Pre-approval required; schools will request quotes from approved vendors for each trip - Purchase orders issued for in-state trips; advance payment considered for out-of-state trips - Notable Details: - Opportunity is open to all qualified charter bus service providers - No fixed start or end date; services provided as needed - All certificates must be submitted with the proposal

The Little Rock School District is seeking companies to provide charter bus transportation services for staff and students on an as-needed basis. Final approval of vendors is pending the receipt of requested documents including insurance certificates and motor carrier certificates. Interested companies must register and submit responses electronically through the Ion Wave purchasing system by September 11, 2026. The District will contact approved companies to obtain quotes when services are needed and will issue purchase orders for trips, with specific payment terms for in-state and out-of-state travel.
