Description
This solicitation is for the enhancement of the Alberta Aerial Firefighting Simulation System (AFSS) to support training for Air Attack Officers and Helicopter Coordinators in wildfire aerial operations. The project aims to modernize legacy equipment by procuring a high-fidelity helicopter cockpit, director station, mentor station, and additional role player stations to enable advanced multi-role training exercises. Enhancements will also improve the user experience by upgrading physical cockpit environments and usability features. All upgrades must be compatible with existing simulation infrastructure and installed on-site at the Hinton Training Centre.
