The City of North Charleston is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary consultant team to prepare a comprehensive Master Plan for Ingleside Preserve, a 440+ acre site of exceptional historic, cultural, and ecological significance located across multiple parcels in North Charleston, South Carolina. The Master Plan will serve as a foundational framework for what is anticipated to become North Charleston’s largest public park. The selected consultant team will integrate architecture, planning, landscape architecture, engineering, historic preservation, ecological analysis, and public engagement into a cohesive long-range vision. The plan will establish a long-term framework for conservation, stewardship, public access, circulation, interpretation, recreation, and phased development, balancing civic investment with environmental preservation and operational sustainability.
