Description

The Rural Municipality of Tecumseh No. 65, in partnership with the Town of Stoughton, is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors for the complete construction of the new Stoughton–Tecumseh Health Centre in Stoughton, Saskatchewan. The project involves building a functional, accessible, durable, and cost-effective one-storey health-care facility of approximately 4,528 ft² (420.7 m²) with a Group D occupancy and an occupant load of 54 persons. The successful contractor will manage all construction services including project management, supervision, procurement, subcontractor coordination, construction, testing, commissioning, deficiency correction, and project closeout. The procurement will result in one construction contract, and contractors must include mechanical and electrical scope and pricing in their submissions.
