UCLA Health is requesting qualifications from consultants to provide materials testing and deputy inspection services for various non-project-specific assignments. These services will support renovations, remodels, infrastructure upgrades, seismic improvements, and utility and site developments for projects yet to be determined. The University may select up to two consultants for a Professional Services Agreement lasting up to 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 3 years. The anticipated aggregate fees range from $100,000 to $4,000,000, with a possible extension adding $2,000,000.
