Description

Santé Québec Capitale Nationale – Universitaire is seeking to award a service contract for snow removal and de-icing works for a fixed period of seven months, from October 15, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with an option for renewal for the same period in 2027-2028. The service provider must establish unit prices for all required works across all installations within each lot, as described in article 3.1 and detailed in Annex 5. Additionally, unit prices for snow transport by truck must be provided for excess snow not covered in Annex 5. The contract is divided into eleven lots, and bidders may submit bids for one or more lots, with each lot awarded individually to the lowest conforming bidder.
