Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.201-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  The solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0099 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-26-Q-0099 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 published in the Federal Register on March 13, 2026. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541410 Interior Design Services with a size standard of $25 (millions of dollars).

All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) Galleys in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Period of Performance: 25 September 2026 to 24 September 2027

Place of Performance:

Naval Base Point Loma SUBASE, 140 Sylvester Rd Bldg 500, San Diego, CA 92106.

Inspection and Acceptance: At destination by the Government.

Method of Payment: Wide Area Workflow IAW DFARS 252.232-7003

Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, quoters are hereby directed to submit question(s) no later than 11:00am PDT on 03 September 2026. QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. ANSWERS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF AN AMENDMENT TO THIS SOLICITATION.
