This opportunity from the U.S. Embassy Bogota (Department of State, INL) seeks comprehensive warehouse floor maintenance services in Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - OEMs and Vendors: - Yale (for electronic locks, model YSD100 or equivalent) - Products and Services Requested: - Comprehensive cleaning and washing of 635 m² of warehouse floors - Corrective maintenance of 304 linear meters of expansion joints (demolition, repair, sealing) - Application of 900 m² of special blue paint (Pintucoat or equivalent) for heavy-traffic floors - Application of 250 linear meters of yellow paint for floor line demarcation - Supply and installation of 2 electronic locks (Yale YSD100 or equivalent) - Inspection, configuration, and fine-tuning of 3 electronic locks (Yale YSD100) - Replacement of 4 floor guide rails for storage area doors - Dismantling and lowering of 270 shelving unit beams - Defense Base Act (DBA) Workers Compensation Insurance for employees - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 7 days after order receipt - Warranty support in Colombia for at least one year - Compliance with U.S. export and procurement regulations - Insurance coverage (DBA) must be included and quoted - Electronic locks must be Yale YSD100 or equivalent, with proper integration and programming - All paint and materials must be heavy-duty and suitable for warehouse environments - In-country support and response times specified for warranty - All technical and operational details are specified in the attached solicitation document.

Description

The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for WAREHOUSE FLOOR MAINTENANCE in Colombia.

All interested sellers should submit their quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16193384 no later than September 4, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to SegoviaAC@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
