NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking factory-certified Allison 4700SP_P (4th Generation) Factory ReTran automatic transmissions for the Naval Construction Training Center in Port Hueneme, CA. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Port Hueneme - NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego - OEM and Vendor Details: - Allison Transmission is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Products Requested: - Six (6) Allison 4700SP_P (4th Generation) Factory ReTran automatic transmissions - Part number: 29572129 or current OEM superseding part - Factory-certified remanufactured units with full Allison factory warranty and manufacturer certification - Services Requested: - Pickup, packaging, and transportation of six Government-owned transmissions for overhaul exchange - Includes palletization, crating (if required), and protection against damage - Unique Requirements: - Reinforcement of external threaded mounting holes must be performed without voiding the warranty - All units must be delivered and accepted at NCTC Port Hueneme - Contract is Firm Fixed Price and 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 336350 - Inspection and acceptance at destination by government personnel

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Products Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotation is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

The solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0090 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-26-Q-0090 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 published in the Federal Register on March 13, 2026. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336350 with a size standard of 1,500 (# of employees).

All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the Transmissions in accordance with the statement of work (SOW).
