The Department of Veterans Affairs, Oklahoma City VA Health Care System is seeking information from qualified vendors for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Substance Abuse Treatment and Addiction Recovery (STAR) services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Oklahoma City VA Health Care System - Network Contracting Office (NCO 19) - Services Requested: - Operation of a contractor-run, community-based residential facility - Provision of residential contract bed housing for eligible veterans - Minimum 15 dedicated beds (including 2 detox beds), with ability to expand to 25 beds - Room and board - Supervised alcohol and drug-free environment with 24/7 onsite staffing - Secure medication storage - Basic living needs - Structured therapeutic and rehabilitative activities - Coordination with VA clinical staff - Documentation compliant with 42 CFR Part 2 and 38 USC 7332 (confidentiality regulations) - Transportation assistance - Compliance with fire/safety, licensing, and VA inspection requirements - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Facility must maintain minimum bed count and support expansion - Must provide a safe, supervised environment and support recovery goals - Collaboration with VA for treatment planning and incident reporting - Staff background investigations required - Compliance with all health, safety, staffing, and operational standards outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - All services must meet detailed standards as outlined in the attached draft PWS

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS), is seeking information and sources capable of providing Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Substance Abuse Treatment and Addiction Recovery (STAR) services in a contractor operated community based residential facility located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
