CBP's Mobile Assets Program Management Office (MAPMO) is seeking a comprehensive vehicle fuel management solution for its fleet and fueling locations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) - Mobile Assets Program Management Office (MAPMO) - Office of Enterprise Services (OES), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Asset and Administrative Management Division (AAMD) - Scope of Services: - Fuel management for approximately 98 fueling locations and a fleet of 16,000 vehicles (expanding to 20,000 by 2029) - Bulk fuel and Point of Sale (PoS) fuel management - Hardware installation, including: - 16,000 fuel rings (RFID-based vehicle identification) - 1,600 Prokee key fobs (secure electronic access) - 200 fuel tanks, 84 bulk fuel tank monitors, 377 fuel positions, 190 fuel management units, 13 programming heads - Data reporting, analytics, and maintenance - Program management and help desk support - Compliance with federal security standards - Unique Requirements: - Full Operational Capability (FOC) within five years - Preventative maintenance at least every three years - Help desk support Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST, 24/7 on-call for system-wide failures - Program Manager assigned 10 days prior to contract start and retained throughout contract - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solution must integrate hardware, software, and services for automated fuel tracking and management.
