This opportunity is for refrigerated truck and ice transportation services supporting the 18th Field Artillery Brigade at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - W6QM MICC FDO FT BRAGG (Fort Bragg, NC) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Two drivable reefer box trucks for cold/frozen storage - One truck dedicated to ice (100 bags), stationary at the field site - One truck for food pickup cycles at SSMO - Transportation and delivery of CLI frozen rations, ice, UGR-A (Frozen), milk, fresh fruits, and vegetables - Contractor to supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 24-hour work hours for the duration of the mission - Clean-up after servicing and delivery to appropriate addresses - Coordination with the supported unit - Specific pickup days and locations detailed in the attached PWS - Estimated period of performance is 11 calendar days

Description

The contractor shall provide services for picking up and dropping of CLI frozen rations, consisting of Ice, UGR-A (Frozen), Milk, Fresh fruits and vegetables across the 18th FAB (Table 18 AX) footprint from 08 -18 SEP 2026. The contractor will provide (2) drivable reefer Box Trucks for cold/frozen storage. Reefer 1 Will have 100 bags of ice and will be stationary at the Field Site during the duration. Reefers 1 and 2 will meet at Ft. Bragg SSMO on 8 September at 0730. Then they will be escorted to the GRID location via convoy into the Field Site. Reefer 2 will be support food pickup at SSMO on the days listed below.1. Project Title: Refrigeration Truck for 18th Field Artillery Brigade2. The project supports the 18th FABs readiness and unit safety in accordance with safety and equipment regulations. Performing this service allows for longevity, Food safety in the unit safety program and enables the unit to maintain a high level of safety in the future.3. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operations to support this project for 18th FAB. One truck is strictly for Ice and will be stationary once at the field site until day of index and contractor comes and picks up the reefer. Reefer truck 1 should arrive with 100 bags of ice and be able to sustain in working conditions for the duration of the mission. In addition, the contractor will need to provide a POC to the supported unit (18th FAB) to coordinate execution.4. Clean up after servicing: The contractor shall remove all their trash, debris, and/or surplus materials from the work sites on 18 SEP 26 and shall leave the work site clean of all debris when work is completed.5. Work hours for this project 24 Hours6. Contractor shall deliver all materials to appropriate addresses, provide necessary documentation, and leave truck open with key for emergencies or units moving from one site to the next. Also, for picking from SSMO on a 2-2-3 day ration cycle. This cycle means that every two working days starting on Monday - 2 days later (Wednesday) and then (2) days later (Friday). The (3) is because of the weekend (Saturday, Sunday and back to Monday)7. Project completion is estimated to be 11 calendar days from receipt of the notice to proceed.8.
