This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26225Q1423 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for an electronic endodontic system. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Programmable Memory that offers at least five programmable memory locations for automating operating procedures. Autoclavable Motor must be able to withstand autoclave sterilization ensuring long-term reliability. Motor Specifications Speed Range: up to 30,000 RPM Torque: at least 40,000 RPM Handpiece Ratios: 1:1, 1:5, 8:1, 16:1, 64:1 The period of performance for this requirement is 30 days ARO. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies at The Greater Los Angeles VA Health Care System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA, 90073. Shipping included in cost. FOB is destination. Any items quoted as equal not conforming to the requirements of clause 52.211-6 will be considered non-responsive and not considered for award.
