Description
This solicitation is for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to sand and refinish the flooring at Delancey Hall located at 266 Titicus Road in the Town of North Salem. The work area is approximately 494 square feet and includes two areas of wood floor on the first and second floors, two landings, and 12 steps. The project also involves preparing, restoring, and cleaning the project area in accordance with plans and specifications as directed by the Engineer. The contract term is two weeks, and a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled.
