NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with WestEd under the authority of FAR 12.102 (a).BIE Wingate High School has a requirement for WestEd to provide instructional support and coaching for all academic staff for SY26-27 based upon its WestEd copyrighted educational material.
