The Local Government is issuing a Request for Proposal to establish a roster of up to five qualified suppliers to provide human resources advisory and consulting services on an as-needed basis. Services include workplace, organizational, labour relations, employee relations, classification, compensation, policy review, investigation, and related advisory assignments. Proponents must submit proposals for at least two advisory service streams and may submit for additional streams. The roster supplements internal capacity and provides access to multidisciplinary and specialized human resources expertise. The Local Government may award agreements to up to five proponents, with no guarantee of work volume or minimum value.
