Description

This procurement is for specialized task-based informatics professional services to support the Transportation and Economic Analysis (TEA) Directorate in enhancing its analytics reporting capabilities and digital transformation initiatives. The work includes improving the design, usability, and accessibility of TEA's digital products using recognized UX principles and supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of TEA's web-based applications and content management systems. The contract is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 qualified under Tier 1 in the National Capital Region for specific categories. The contract period is from award to one year later with an additional one-year irrevocable option, with an estimated effort of 440 days for two resources per year.
