Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is seeking proposals for Pavilion Design and Fabrication services at GULFOOD 2027, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Center and Dubai Exposition Center, Expo City, Dubai, UAE from March 15-19, 2027. The Canada Pavilion will feature Canadian agri-food companies, associations, and federal/provincial departments, promoting attributes such as quality, innovation, sustainability, and diversity. The contract duration is approximately 9 months starting around October 5, 2026, with a competitive open bidding procurement method. Bids must include an executive summary, design concept for an 866 sq. m. pavilion, project management approach and timelines, contingency plan, and additional recommendations.
