Description

The New York City Law Department is soliciting proposals for transcription of digital audio and video files, including translation services from English to English and various other languages to English. The contract term is three years starting November 1, 2026, with one two-year renewal option. The procurement is exclusively for M/WBE certified contractors. The contractor will provide all labor and materials required to transcribe audio/video content verbatim, maintain confidentiality, and deliver transcriptions as requested by the Law Department.
