Description

Worcester County is seeking professional engineering consulting services to develop a coordinated, updated set of technical specifications and standard construction details for Roads, Water and Wastewater, and additional infrastructure categories. The resulting Specifications and Standard Details will be formatted and coordinated for use as the County’s design and construction reference. Proposal documents can be obtained by contacting the Procurement Officer or via the County’s online bid board. Sealed proposals are due by October 8, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. and will be opened publicly with only vendor names read aloud.
