Description

This Request for Quote seeks to procure a software system to support the accurate and timely maintenance of federally required migrant student information for the Maryland Migrant Education Program. The system must enable storage, retrieval, transmittal, reporting, and other functions necessary to manage migrant student data. It should be accessible to field-based personnel, Local Education Agency level personnel, and state-level personnel, and compatible with uploads to the Federal Migrant Student Information Exchange (MSIX).
