Worcester County is seeking professional engineering and architectural services to prepare a comprehensive Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the proposed expansion and improvements to the Worcester County Recycling Facility. The report will establish the technical, operational, regulatory, and cost basis for the project. Vendors must submit sealed proposals by October 1, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for this solicitation.
