Description

The City of Burnaby is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide a commercial off-the-shelf, cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system and related subscription services for its hospitality food and beverage operations. The system must support various sales environments including restaurants, cafes, concessions, stadium and event sales, and mobile beverage carts under a centrally managed multi-location environment. The contract may include adding or removing locations or devices and purchasing additional similar products during the term. The selected proponent will provide POS software, hardware, implementation, training, support, reporting, and payment capabilities.
