Description

The City of Bryan is soliciting bids for Asphalt Hot Mix Type D in accordance with TXDHPT 1993 Standard Specs, Item #340. The asphalt is to be picked up by City crews, and the use of Rap and Ras (shingles) is not permitted in pavement surface courses. Only HMAC-Type D will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Bids are to be submitted electronically or as a sealed hard copy by September 17, 2026, with a public bid opening via Zoom.
