Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Divisions of Homelessness and Coordinated Care (HCC) and Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), are seeking to create a pool of eligible applicants consisting of one or more providers to deliver coordinated housing-focused outreach services. These services include direct field engagement, safety, stabilization, and connection to housing and homeless, behavioral health, public health, and social service supports.
