Horizon Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from qualified independent evaluators to provide comprehensive evaluation services for its SAMHSA Community Programs for Outreach and Intervention with Youth and Young Adults at Clinical High Risk for Psychosis (CHR-P) grant.
