Description

The Province invites formal written proposals for the modular construction of a 20 person wet sleeper to be located at the Fox Creek Fire Base. The sleeper will be either two 15' x 88' modules complexed together with a gable roof or built as one moveable structure, including two decks with stairs. Proposals must include detailed specifications, materials, floor plans, plumbing, electrical, construction, elevation drawings, and pile layout requirements. The sleeper must be completed, delivered, setup, and commissioned by February 26, 2027.
