Description

The Town of Carrboro is seeking proposals from qualified audiovisual integrators to design, furnish, install, configure, and support a professional audiovisual system for recording and livestreaming Town Council meetings and other public events at the Drakeford Library Complex. The project includes evaluating existing Town-owned equipment for reuse, installing new equipment as needed, and ensuring the system is operational by the first Council meeting in the new space. The system should support reliable livestreaming, excellent audio and video quality, ease of operation by Town staff, and long-term sustainability.
