Description
This project consists of the cured-in-place pipe lining rehabilitation of pipe culverts and storm drain segments at various locations throughout the County. It includes all additional and incidental work as indicated in the Specifications and/or the Special Provisions contained within this Invitation for Bids. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening and must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. Pre-qualification application forms must be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering at least fifteen days before the bid opening. Application forms are available on the Department of Public Works website, and the Bureau of Engineering can be contacted for questions regarding pre-qualification status.
