H-GAC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to develop a Regional Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Infrastructure Plan covering all eight counties of the Houston Metropolitan Planning Area. The project includes stakeholder and public involvement to produce a comprehensive plan aligned with regional priorities, data analyses, and air quality considerations. The plan will be a comprehensive, accessible, web-optimized document and includes technical analysis and outreach components.
