The City of Casa Grande is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the Thornton Rd & Cottonwood Ln Improvements project. The project involves roadway improvements including intersection widening, pavement rehabilitation, ADA improvements, and related infrastructure work such as drainage, irrigation, and traffic signal modifications. The CMAR will work with the engineering design team, serve as the general contractor, and assume risk through a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
