Gaming Concession Program Solicitation at Reno-Tahoe International Airport

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking proposals for a gaming concession at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). - RTAA is the government buyer, responsible for airport operations in Reno, Nevada. - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; however, the concession must incorporate multiple gaming machine manufacturers. - Products/services requested: - Slot machines to be operated in designated airport locations, including reconfigured terminal areas and new concourses. - Development, management, operation, and maintenance of the gaming concession program. - Unique requirements: - The gaming concession must enhance passenger experience and reflect the Reno-Tahoe region's gaming identity. - Implementation will be phased to align with airport construction and redevelopment. - Operator must demonstrate innovation and operational excellence to maximize long-term revenue. - RTAA reserves the right to negotiate additional services or modify the lease as needed. - Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) portal. - Attendance at a pre-proposal meeting is encouraged but not mandatory.
