Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, on behalf of CivicInfo BC and other members, is seeking proposals for Turf and Athletic Surfacing Solutions to establish a national contract under the rules of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (CETA). The scope includes synthetic, hybrid, and natural turf systems for indoor and outdoor use, related equipment, accessories, technology, and supplies, as well as services such as design, engineering, installation, removal, disposal, rental, refurbishment, inspection, repair, maintenance, training, and support. It also includes non-turf athletic surfacing solutions like running tracks, court surfaces, poured-in-place systems, rubberized flooring, wood, vinyl, and other performance surfacing materials with similar related equipment and services. Services-only solutions are excluded, and suppliers must provide a sole source of responsibility or clearly identify subsidiaries and network of resellers/distributors.
